BEWARE SCAM I give the 2 stars only for the very pretty side and the massage which was great. Other than that, it's a scam. First step into the Spa (Zen space), we activate the jets and a room floats in front of me. So I decided to put it aside, hesitating to talk about it directly but at that moment, we just wanted to relax without any hassle. A few minutes later, a new piece comes out, the end of the first and we put it aside. Once the session is over, we still warn the lady in the room who tells us it's nothing serious but once we leave we are called back and told that it is. Despite the fact that they say that it was absolutely not our fault, they tell us that we risk receiving a call from the manager to find out more. Once I get home we take a look at the comments and what do we see lots of opinions concerning the same part problem with 30€ taken from the deposit even though it was in fact not their fault . So I decided to call back saying that I had seen the comments already existing on the defective part and that they had no interest in calling us back and taking our deposit. By taking small amounts, it may be insignificant for you, but in the end they add up to a lot of money!! We went into relaxation mode and came out so angry! What a shame for the standing of the establishment.

These 2 hours of relaxation between girls were perfect until the exit where we were told that we had exceeded the time and that there were additional costs which were 30 euros. The receptionist told us that she had left us several messages to go out but we had no message and no changing room so we took turns changing in the toilets. But reading the comments I see that we were not the only ones in this situation, with 30 euros their pockets must be full. I wanted to come back with my husband but the outing cooled me down so we will find elsewhere but certainly not Eaux Paradis.

Very pleasant welcome, very accommodating, very caring. it's truly paradise, the concept is brilliant, the private spaces are exemplary clean, several towels available, very warm and pleasant to enjoy as a couple. all the equipment is impeccable, voice messages top notch. We recommend and will return to this establishment, the value for money is up to standard. good luck to you, don't change anything.

First visit to this establishment and we do not regret it at all. Warm and smiling welcome, clear explanations of instructions and possible penalties. The Jardin d’Eden space is very beautiful and clean. We got the announcement which indicated the end of our session in 15 minutes and no problem with the jacuzzi so it was perfect. We had a pleasant time and recommended the establishment to our friends and family. Thank you again for this relaxing experience :)

Already two visits. Top place that allows you to really disconnect ☺️ The welcome and the team are great, the place is clean, we really are in a bubble! (Just a little tip, maybe have a small squeegee broom available to remove water from the shower or when you get out of the jacuzzi, you never know, it can avoid accidents 👌)

Polite welcome but in no way warm, the hostess repeats the instructions that she has just made us sign, emphasizing the fact that if we are late to return the place 2€ per minute will be charged, but that the don't worry, 1/4 hour before an announcement is made and ten minutes before the end the lights come on. Neither was the case, the lights had been turned on in the next room and the announcement... Supposedly it was not heard... Also, only one towel is provided, which quickly gets wet since you have to use it in the sauna, after the shower or the jacuzzi, impossible to keep it dry, which is not pleasant for drying yourself after the last shower. One of the jacuzzi jets was diverted, flooding the room and the temperature was limited to 33°C. Closed mezzanine and deposit of €200 automatically! A bit much for a "relaxing" moment even if the place has great potential, being extremely clean with the addition of a Bluetooth speaker.
